HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Download the app, tap Sign Up, choose your path (Student or Mentor), and complete the registration form with your email and password.
HOW DO I BOOK A MENTOR SESSION?
Go to the Mentorship tab, browse mentor profiles, select a package, and follow the booking steps. The mentor will confirm your session.
HOW DO I BECOME A MENTOR?
Sign up and select Mentor as your role. Complete the mentor application form and choose your subscription plan to activate your mentor profile.
HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?
On the login screen, tap "Olvide mi clave" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

Account data you give us: name, email address (or Apple relay email with Sign in with Apple), optional phone number and profile photo, and role (student or mentor). If you use the app without an account, we create an anonymous guest ID to save your progress.
Usage data: answers to the welcome questions (first name, trading experience, what holds you back, goal and minutes per day, used to personalize your plan), learning progress, community posts and comments, and app events such as app opened, lesson completed, paywall viewed, trial started or purchase. Subscription status and purchase history are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. Device identifiers, including the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking.
To provide and improve our services, sync your progress, manage subscriptions and free trials, send reminders you enable (for example before a free trial ends), facilitate mentorship sessions, display your profile within the community, and measure our advertising campaigns.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure (AWS, United States). We do not sell your personal information.
We share data with these providers, each bound by its own privacy policy: Supabase (database and authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple (payments, Sign in with Apple, notifications) and Meta / Facebook SDK (app events used to measure our ads). We may also disclose data if required by law.
On iOS we ask for your permission through App Tracking Transparency before tracking. If you allow it, the Meta SDK may link app events to your device's Advertising Identifier to measure ads across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you decline, we do not access the Advertising Identifier. You can change this anytime in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Posts, comments, and trade ideas you share in the community are visible to other users of The Trader Code. You are responsible for the content you publish.
The Trader Code is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@thetradercode.com or using the Delete Account feature within the app.

By downloading or using The Trader Code, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The Trader Code is an educational platform. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or misleading. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.
Mentors on The Trader Code are independent educators, not employees of The Trader Code. The platform charges a 10% fee on all mentor transactions. Mentors are responsible for the accuracy of their educational content.
The Trader Code offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Premium and Pro, monthly or annual). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
All content, design, and technology within The Trader Code app and website are the property of The Trader Code. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without written permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
