HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Download the app, tap Sign Up, choose your path (Student or Mentor), and complete the registration form with your email and password.
HOW DO I BOOK A MENTOR SESSION?
Go to the Mentorship tab, browse mentor profiles, select a package, and follow the booking steps. The mentor will confirm your session.
HOW DO I BECOME A MENTOR?
Sign up and select Mentor as your role. Complete the mentor application form and choose your subscription plan to activate your mentor profile.
HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?
On the login screen, tap "Olvide mi clave" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, profile photo, and role (student or mentor) when you create an account. We also collect usage data to improve the app experience.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, send you updates about your account, facilitate mentorship sessions, and display your profile within the community.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Profile photos and community post images are stored as base64 data within our database. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Posts, comments, and trade ideas you share in the community are visible to other users of The Trader Code. You are responsible for the content you publish.
The Trader Code is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@thetradercode.com or using the Delete Account feature within the app.

By downloading or using The Trader Code, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or misleading. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.
Mentors on The Trader Code are independent educators, not employees of The Trader Code. The platform charges a 10% fee on all mentor transactions. Mentors are responsible for the accuracy of their educational content.
All content, design, and technology within The Trader Code app and website are the property of The Trader Code. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without written permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
